Meet the CEO

Tiffany Phillips is the owner of Diamond Digital Marketing Co., a boutique agency based in Tuolumne County. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University and has over a decade of experience in marketing and public relations.

With more than 20 years of personal experience on social media, Tiffany turned her love for digital connection into a career that helps brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. Over the years, she has managed countless social media accounts and digital campaigns, taught dozens of workshops across Northern California, and consulted with more than 100 businesses nationwide.

After eight years of freelancing, Tiffany launched Diamond Digital Marketing Co. in 2023 to bring her expertise under one roof. Her agency reflects her passion for helping small businesses and community events tell their stories, strengthen their presence, build connections, and achieve real results online. She values the genuine relationships she builds with her clients and takes pride in celebrating their wins as if they were her own.

Tiffany is a consultant with both the UC Merced Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Valley Sierra SBDC in addition to currently serving on the Executive Board of the Tuolumne County Business Council. She resides in Tuolumne County and in her free time, she enjoys working out, running the local trails, and wrangling her twin toddlers.
